About me

I have over years, I worked at the intersection of IT, digital marketing and B2B projects in large organizations and SMEs. My value is turning complexity into decisions: I organize data, processes and business requirements so teams know what to do, why it matters and in what order. I connect business, technology and analytics, working closely with IT, data and marketing teams. In distributed, cross-functional settings, I bring structure, ownership and delivery rhythm. I work calmly, pragmatically and without noise. I turn chaos into action.

Project Management (IT & Marketing)

I have led IT and digital projects from scope and planning to implementation, communication and closure. I managed web platforms, nationwide campaigns and distributed teams. I worked as a Scrum Master and use agile and hybrid delivery models where they fit best. I hold PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and understand ITIL and DevOps. I connect business goals with technology, keeping delivery, risks and decisions under control.

Digital Marketing &  Operations

Marketing has been an important part of my career, though today I see it as a system supporting decisions and business outcomes. I moved from events, graphic design and DTP into digital, SEO, SEM, analytics and online strategy. I understand marketing operations, channels, data, budgets and team dependencies. I delivered ATL, BTL, local and nationwide initiatives. I naturally operate at the intersection of digital marketing, martech, data and business processes.

 

Business/Data Analysis

I treat analytics as a tool for better decisions, not only reporting. I combine process, data and technology understanding with practical business support. I create reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio (Looker) and Power BI, work with SQL, and read and build BPMN and UML diagrams. I gather requirements, identify bottlenecks and translate data into clear business recommendations.

Graphics Design and Photography, WEBdev

Front-end combines my background in design, DTP and visual communication with practical coding skills. I create WEB projects from concept to delivery using HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, JS and jQuery. I work confidently with Adobe and Corel, understanding aesthetics, usability and technical limitations.
